Milazzo Excellent Rosé Extra Dry is an elegant and refined Sicilian Classic Method sparkling wine produced by Azienda Agricola G. Milazzo.
With its characteristic pink color and fine, persistent perlage, it expresses a pleasantly fruity bouquet, with hints of red berries, blackcurrant, and blackberry. On the palate, it is balanced, harmonious, and pleasant.
Made from Nero d'Avola, the ancient biotype locally known as Inzolia Rosa, and Chardonnay, it ages on the lees for at least 18 months, acquiring complexity and elegance.
