Shipments are handled by leading national and international express couriers, including DHL, TNT, SDA and FedEx, depending on the destination and service availability.
Order Preparation and Shipping
Orders are generally prepared and handed over to the courier within 24–48 business hours after the order has been completed, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery Times
Delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier, the estimated transit time is generally around 48–72 business hours.

Possible Delays
Order preparation and delivery times may vary in the event of hard-to-reach destinations, periods of high shipping volumes, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, customs inspections or other circumstances beyond CiauruShop's direct control.
Any delays will be handled in accordance with applicable legislation and without prejudice to consumers' statutory rights.
Shipment Tracking
Where available, once the order has been handed over to the courier, the customer will receive a notification containing a tracking number or tracking link to follow the shipment.
Damaged Parcels or Delivery Issues
Upon delivery, customers are advised to check the external condition of the packaging.
If the parcel shows visible signs of damage, tampering, opening or other irregularities, customers are advised to refuse delivery or accept the parcel by signing “subject to inspection” and, where possible, describing the issue identified.

Failure to sign subject to inspection at the time of delivery does not affect any mandatory statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

Customs Duties and Import Charges
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes or import charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country are not included in the price of the products or shipping costs, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Any such additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
PACKAGING AND PARCEL INTEGRITY
All products are packed with particular care to protect them during transport, especially products packaged in glass containers.
Upon delivery, customers are advised to check the condition of the packaging and promptly report any damage or irregularities.
