5.1 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
A. Coverage Areas
Ciaurushop ships to the international destinations made available during checkout.
For destinations outside the European Union or territories subject to special customs or tax regimes, including Switzerland, customers may contact Ciaurushop before placing an order for information regarding shipping and possible customs charges.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable, may be payable by the recipient.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Ciaurushop uses suitable packaging to protect products during transport, particularly glass containers and other fragile items.
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier.
Ciaurushop reserves the right not to ship particularly temperature-sensitive or perishable products when transport conditions could compromise their quality or safety.
D. Tracking
Where available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has been handed over to the courier.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days, where applicable, in accordance with Italian and European consumer protection legislation.
The right of withdrawal may be excluded in the cases provided for by law, including, in particular:
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery;
- Other products for which the law expressly excludes the right of withdrawal.
For products eligible for withdrawal, the customer must inform Ciaurushop of the decision to withdraw within the applicable legal period.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed with Ciaurushop, return shipping costs relating to a standard withdrawal are borne by the customer.
This section does not limit the customer's statutory rights in the event of defective, damaged or non-conforming products.
7. ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers who wish to request cancellation of an order should contact Ciaurushop as soon as possible, clearly indicating the order number.
An order can only be cancelled before it has entered the preparation or shipping process.
Once an order has been prepared, handed over to the courier or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, without prejudice to any rights granted to consumers by applicable law.
If the customer notices an error in an order, they should contact Ciaurushop as soon as possible.
8. LEGAL GUARANTEE AND COMPLAINTS
Products sold to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable Italian and European consumer protection legislation.
Customers are encouraged to report damaged, defective or non-conforming products as soon as possible after delivery and to provide the order number and, where useful, photographic documentation.
In the event of a product that is damaged, defective or non-conforming, Ciaurushop will handle the request in accordance with the remedies and rights provided by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes the statutory rights granted to consumers.
