The classic par excellence! From the careful selection of fresh and fragrant organic apricots comes the classic Apricot Jam. The Perricone Brothers hand-chop the apricots into chunks, creating an Extra Jam with over 65% fruit, rich in aromas and a bold yellow color with a full-bodied consistency.
From the long and ancient tradition of cherry cultivation in Chiusa Sclafani, in the Sicani Mountains, the Perricone Brothers harvest their cherries strictly by hand in their fields, enhancing their flavor and preservation. From this fruit, we obtain a fresh jam, with over 70% fruit, rich in the typical aromas of the red berry, with a bold ruby color and a full-bodied consistency.
