Rossella is a refined organic Modica PGI orange chocolate, with 60% cocoa, combining the aromatic intensity of Nacional cocoa with the freshness of Sicilian blood orange peel.

The star of this unique pairing is the Sanguinello orange, an ancient late-ripening variety that ripens between February and April.

Its distinctive red peel, naturally rich in essential oils, releases an intense and persistent aroma.

The deep notes of cocoa meet the citrusy vivacity of orange, creating a pleasant contrast between intensity, freshness, and sweetness, with an aromatic and lingering finish.
