Ciauru Sicilian Sulla Honey – 400 g

Ciauru Sulla Honey has an extremely delicate flavour, with subtle vegetal notes and a pleasantly fresh finish.

When crystallised, it develops a fine and creamy texture, with a colour ranging from almost white to very pale straw yellow.

Produced from the blossoms of the Sulla plant (Hedysarum coronarium), characteristic of Sicilian hillside pastures, it is a delicate and versatile honey with a naturally gentle sweetness.
