Terrazze dell'Etna's "Ciuri" represents a fascinating winemaking paradox born on the slopes of Europe's highest volcano. This elegant wine is a true Blanc de Noirs, created through experimental white winemaking using Nerello Mascalese, Etna's celebrated native red grape. Thanks to an immediate, gentle pressing, the must is separated from the skins before they lose color, preserving a vibrant freshness and extraordinary clarity. The vines, trained using the bush and spurred cordon systems near Randazzo, at elevations between 700 and 950 meters, are rooted in dark, lava-rich soils rich in minerals, lending the glass a unique, salty, and unmistakable character.

Color: Light straw yellow, crystalline and luminous with subtle greenish highlights.
Nose: Explodes with freshness and elegance on the nose, revealing distinct notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and nuances of Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary and sage.
