Tasca d’Almerita's Vigna San Francesco Chardonnay is a prestigious Sicilian white wine produced on the historic Tenuta Regaleali estate in the heart of Sicily.
Made from 100% Chardonnay, it originates from the San Francesco vineyard, located at approximately 530 meters above sea level. Vinification and aging in 350-liter French oak barrels for eight months contribute to an elegant, structured wine with remarkable complexity.
On the palate, it is rich, harmonious, and persistent, maintaining a pleasant freshness that balances the Chardonnay's structure and the wood aging.
It is a powerful white wine, ideal for pairing with shellfish, fish, rich pasta dishes, white meats, and cheeses. It is also perfect for a special dinner or as a bottle to include in Ciauru premium gift sets.
