Milazzo Classico is a Sicilian Traditional Method Brut sparkling wine produced by Azienda Agricola G. Milazzo in Campobello di Licata, in the province of Agrigento.

Made from a blend of Chardonnay, the dominant variety, and Inzolia, it reflects the Mediterranean character of the winery’s Terre della Baronia vineyards.

The grapes come from certified organic vineyards and are harvested by hand. Whole bunches are pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures, while the sparkling wine bases mature in stainless steel. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Traditional Method, followed by extended aging on the lees.
