The box includes two whole-wheat specialties from Molino Ferrara, crafted from ancient Sicilian Tumminia wheat: distinctive *Busiate*—perfect for holding onto any sauce—and Sicilian *Anelletti*, ideal for delicious baked pasta dishes.

Accompanying them are our *Pesto alla Trapanese* (made with tomatoes, almonds, and basil) and flavorful sun-dried tomato *Capuliato*—perfect for dressing pasta, topping bruschetta, or enhancing appetizers.

Rounding out the selection are crunchy natural Sicilian almonds, excellent enjoyed on their own or used in your own recipes.

Ciauru Grated Tuna Bottarga is a traditional speciality inspired by Sicily's seafood preserving culture. Made with tuna roe and salt, it is carefully processed and grated to create a convenient, ready-to-use product with a rich and distinctive flavour.
